Cold email agency, UK
A UK cold email agency that books calls, not just sends
Most cold email agencies measure what they send. We measure what lands in your calendar. Warmpipe builds the sending setup, the list and the copy, answers every reply and books qualified sales calls for UK B2B service firms. Your main domain never sends a cold email.
What a done-for-you cold email service should include
Plenty of firms sell "cold email" and mean very different things. Some rent you a tool. Some write a sequence and hand it back. Some send from your own domain and leave you to deal with the replies. Here is what we run for every client, start to finish:
- Sending infrastructure you own. Lookalike domains registered in your name, Google inboxes on each, SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up, and every domain pointing at your real website.
- A 14-day warm-up before a single cold email goes out, then inbox placement checked every 14 days and tired inboxes rested.
- A list built for you from your ideal client profile, split into tight segments and verified so emails reach real people.
- Copy written by us: short, plain-text emails with a researched first line per lead.
- Reply handling within 30 minutes in UK working hours, through to a calendar invite.
The deliverability side is covered in depth in our cold email deliverability checklist.
Why a UK-based agency matters for UK buyers
UK buyers notice small things. American spelling, a "Hi there" opener, or a pitch built around dollar figures tells them the sender doesn't know their market. We write in British English, price examples in pounds and time sends for the UK working day.
Compliance is different here too. Business-to-business email in the UK sits under PECR and UK GDPR, which separate limited companies from sole traders and ordinary partnerships. We only email people at corporate bodies, at their work address, identify the sender in every message and honour every opt-out straight away. From kickoff to first calls in 3 weeks
- Days 1–2: a 30-minute onboarding call. We agree who you want to meet, what you offer them and what counts as a qualified call, in writing.
- Days 2–3: domains and inboxes bought, DNS configured, warm-up started.
- Weeks 1–2: lists built and verified, copy written, LinkedIn messages drafted if your plan includes them.
- Week 3: launch. Replies start arriving and we book the interested ones into your diary.
- Every fortnight: placement tests, copy and segment tests, and a report on what is booking.
What a cold email agency costs
Our email-only Starter plan is £1,750 a month plus a one-off setup fee, on a three-month minimum. Growth, which adds LinkedIn outreach, is £2,750 a month. Prices exclude VAT and you keep the domains and inboxes at the end. Every plan carries a conditional guarantee on qualified meetings within 90 days of launch. Full details are on the pricing section.
When comparing quotes, ask three questions: whose domains do the emails go from, who handles the replies, and what exactly counts as a meeting? The answers explain most of the price differences between agencies.
Who it works for
Cold email works best when a single new client is worth a lot more than a month of outreach. That usually means B2B service firms with deals of £5,000 or more, or retainers worth over £1,000 a month. We have dedicated playbooks for marketing agencies, IT and managed service providers and recruitment agencies, and we also work with consultancies and fractional executives.
It is a poor fit if you sell to consumers, if your offer changes every month, or if you need sales next week rather than a pipeline over the next quarter.
Questions
Will you send from my company domain?
No. We register separate lookalike domains, warm them up and send only from those, so your main domain’s reputation is never at risk.
Do I need to write anything or supply a list?
No. We build and verify the list from your ideal client profile and write every email. You approve the targeting and the qualified-call definition at the start.
How many emails will you send?
It depends on the plan. Starter covers roughly 10,000 emails a month to around 3,300 new contacts; larger plans scale up from there.
Do you work with US clients too?
Yes. We are UK based and serve UK and US B2B firms, with reply cover that can extend into the US afternoon on the Scale plan.
What happens to the domains if we stop?
They are yours. Domains are bought in your name or transferred to you when the engagement ends.
